Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of electrolytic corrosion. Provided are an anode-cathode apparatus for on-site metallographic electrolytic corrosion, and a method for using same. The anode-cathode apparatus comprises a power source, a cathode assembly and an anode assembly, wherein the anode assembly is electrically connected to a positive electrode of the power source; and the cathode assembly comprises a cathode member and a reaction vessel, the cathode member is electrically connected to a negative electrode of the power source, electrolytic corrosion acid paste is provided in the reaction vessel, and the cathode member is arranged in the reaction vessel, and is always in contact with the electrolytic corrosion acid paste. In the present invention, the electrolytic corrosion acid paste is used in combination with the apparatus to ensure that the contact area between the electrolytic corrosion acid paste and a detection face of a workpiece is always constant and effective, thereby facilitating the acquisition of a good electrolytic corrosion effect, so as to perform metallographic structure observation and analysis on the workpiece.
