Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anode comprising an electrode protective material and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same, and since the anode comprising the protective material can both suppress growth of lithium dendrite on an electrode surface and effectively transfer lithium ions to a lithium metal electrode and has excellent ion conductivity, a protective layer comprising the protective material does not function as a resistance layer, and thus an overvoltage is not applied during charging/discharging, thereby preventing a decrease in performance of the battery and ensuring stability during operation of the battery.
