Abstract:
Disclosed are a titanium dioxide nanotube array and a manufacturing method therefor. A method for preparing a titanium dioxide nanotube array comprises the following steps: 1) processing the surface of a titanium-containing material to be used as an anode so as to obtain an anode material with a surface roughness of 10-100 nm; and 2) manufacturing a titanium dioxide nanotube array by using an anodizing method, wherein the anodizing period terminates when the oxidation process reaches stage II of a current-density time curve, and obtaining the titanium dioxide nanotube array. The present invention uses a low-cost, simple, and easy-to-operate anodizing method to manufacture a titanium dioxide nanotube array on a pure titanium anode substrate by controlling the surface roughness of the pure titanium substrate and controlling anodizing conditions, such that high bonding strength is achieved.
