Abstract:
Disclosed is an anomaly detection device for performing, with high accuracy, anomaly detection of control apparatuses having unknown properties with individual differences. The disclosed anomaly detection device is provided with a first storage unit for storing first time sequence data including indicated values imparted from first to kth control apparatuses in a first period and measurement values by way of first to kth sensors; a model optimization unit for generating a diagnosis model instance of a predetermined objective model for each pair of two control apparatuses among the first to the kth control apparatuses to acquire optimized diagnosis model instances for which parameters of the diagnosis model instances have been identified; a second storage unit for storing second time sequence data acquired in a second period; an assessment score calculation unit for using, for each of the optimized diagnosis model instances, the first and the second time sequence data to calculate an assessment score for each of the control equipment and sensors related thereto; and an integrated anomaly assessment unit for performing an assessment of the presence or absence of an anomaly on the basis of the assessment score for each of the first to the kth control apparatuses and the first to the kth sensors.
