The present application discloses an anomaly detection method and system for a mobile device, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The anomaly detection method for a mobile device comprises: obtaining a dynamic link library when a mobile device requests an application, and splitting up the dynamic link library to obtain a plurality of plug-in libraries; obtaining multiple pieces of feature information and first label data of each plug-in library, and inputting the feature information and the first label data into a support vector machine model to obtain risk scores of the plug-in libraries; obtaining weights for the plug-in libraries by means of Newton's law of cooling and according to the risk scores; performing weighting according to the weights for the plug-in libraries and the corresponding risk scores to obtain a dynamic link library score; and determining whether the corresponding mobile device is an anomalous device according to the dynamic link library score. It is not necessary to depend on a blacklist when performing detection on a mobile device, anomalous device detection coverage can be improved on the basis of identification and detection of a plug-in library, and anomaly detection efficiency is improved.
