Disclosed is an anomaly-monitoring device provided with: a basic-information generation unit (3) that, when an anomaly-determination unit (2) has determined that an anomaly has occurred, generates basic information that includes a priority level, priority levels being predetermined by anomaly type; a snapshot data memory unit (6) in which a snapshot datum pertaining to the anomaly that has occurred is associated with the basic information and stored; and a memory control unit (7) whereby, if a new anomaly has occurred when there are no empty spaces in the snapshot data memory unit and there is a past snapshot datum that is stored in the snapshot data memory unit and has a lower priority level than the priority level for the new anomaly, a snapshot datum for the new anomaly is associated with the basic information and stored in the snapshot data memory unit, replacing the past snapshot datum with the lower priority level. This makes it possible to reliably obtain snapshot data for a desired anomaly.
