Abstract:
Provided is an antenna apparatus in which a ground plane is disposed on an inner layer of a dielectric substrate. Further, a feed line is disposed on the dielectric substrate. A first antenna element and a second antenna element are supported on the dielectric substrate. The first antenna element and the second antenna element respectively include a first feed element and a second feed element which are connected to the feeding line. The first antenna element and the second antenna element are disposed on the same side of the ground plane. With reference to the ground plane as a height reference, the top of the second antenna element is disposed in a position higher than the top of the first antenna element. With the antenna apparatus, it is possible to obtain a wide band and to enable effective utilization of the space in the housing.
