Abstract:
An antenna array element and an array antenna. The antenna array element uses a solution in which a phase shifter collaborates and a dielectric block capable of changing a dielectric constant are used together, so as to precisely adjust an excitation phase of each antenna array element. The solution can be applied to any low-sidelobe array antenna, so that a signal-to-noise ratio is increased and the impact of clutter signals outside a main beam is reduced, thereby effectively improving the anti-interference capability of an array antenna using the antenna array element, and further facilitating implementation of space division multiplexing technology by the array antenna. In addition, the antenna array element can not only precisely adjust an excitation phase, but can also reduce costs; furthermore, a low-precision phase shifter can be used, so that an insertion loss is relatively low.
