Abstract:
This antenna device comprises, on a semiconductor substrate: a first active antenna which includes a first antenna for transmitting or receiving a first electromagnetic wave of a first frequency, and a first negative resistance element; an oscillation unit which includes a second negative resistance element that oscillates at a second frequency to generate a second electromagnetic wave, and a resonance unit; a coupling line which electrically connects the first active antenna and the oscillation unit; a first wire which is electrically connected to the first negative resistance element and to which a first bias signal supplied to the first negative resistance element is input; and a second wire which is electrically connected to the second negative resistance element and to which a second bias signal supplied to the second negative resistance element is input.
