Abstract:
This antenna device is provided with: an excitation distribution calculation unit (13) which calculates the excitation distribution W1(t) of a communication beam consisting of radio waves transmitting a communication signal d(t), and the excitation distribution W2(t) of an interference beam consisting of radio waves transmitting an interference signal i(t), such that the sum of the squares of the excitation amplitude of the communication beam and the excitation amplitude of the interference beam are the same in each of multiple element antennas (3-1) to (3-K); and an excitation distribution synthesis unit (25) which synthesizes the communication beam excitation distribution W1(t) and the interference beam excitation distribution W2(t) calculated by the excitation distribution calculation unit (13) and outputs a synthesized excitation distribution E(t). A phase control unit (30) controls the phase of a carrier wave imparted to the multiple element antennas (3-1) to (3-K) in accordance with the synthesized excitation distribution E(t) outputted from the excitation distribution synthesis unit (25).
