A rectangular-spiral-shaped coil conductor (CW) is formed on a flexible substrate (10). A rectangular aperture is provided to the central portion of the region wherein the coil conductor (CW) is formed, and a magnetic core (1) is inserted into this aperture. The coil conductor (CW) is provided with a first conductor portion (11) that is in the proximity of the first principal surface (MS1) of the magnetic core (1), and a second conductor portion (12) that is in the proximity of the second principal surface (MS2) of the magnetic core (1). An antenna coil (21) is configured from the aforementioned magnetic core (1) and the coil conductor (CW). A ground electrode is formed on a circuit board (20). While the second principal surface (MS2) of the magnetic core (1) faces the circuit board (20) in the antenna coil (21), the first conductor portion (11) is disposed closer to an end of the circuit board (20) than is the second conductor portion (12),
