Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: an antenna device that, without expanding the mounting space of the antenna device, suppresses a decrease in communication performance arising when the facing angle to an external apparatus has increased; and a portable terminal. [Solution] The antenna device (10) is provided with a magnetic sheet (15) and a printed substrate (11) to which loop coils have been formed. A first loop coil is formed at one surface of the printed substrate (11), and a second loop coil is formed at the other surface. The disposition is such that when projecting the first loop coil and the second loop coil into the same plane, a first side is mutually overlapping and a second side is not mutually overlapping, and the region of disposition in a manner so that the second side is not mutually overlapping is covered by the magnetic sheet (15).
