Abstract:
Four trimming lines (36) are formed in parallel with a junction base part (35a) of a loop line (35), and a portion which is surrounded by an opposite part 35b, the junction base part (35a), and a junction part (38), is respectively divided into approximately equivalent prescribed areas, except the portion nearest to the junction base part (35a). Each gap of the trimming lines (#1-#4) is aligned to have approximately equivalent gaps. A dummy line (37) divides a portion which is surrounded by a fourth trimming line (36d) and the junction base part (35a) such that the area of the fourth trimming line (36d) side is approximately equivalent to the prescribed area.
