Abstract:
In this antenna device, a patch antenna is configured by providing a ground plane and a plurality of radiating elements on a board. A dielectric layer is fixed to the upper surfaces of the radiating elements and to the board so as to cover the plurality of radiating elements. A dielectric member is disposed on the dielectric layer. The dielectric member comprises: a plate-shaped part spaced apart from the dielectric layer; a plurality of protrusions protruding from the plate-shaped part toward respective ones of the plurality of radiating elements; and fixture parts that are disposed in areas not overlapping with the plurality of radiating elements in a plan view and that protrude from the plate-shaped part toward the board. The relative positions of the plurality of protrusions with respect to the radiating elements are fixed by means of the fixture parts.
