Abstract:
According to the present invention, a plurality of linear parts (21) of a coil conductor is formed on the lower surface of a resin sheet (12). A plurality of linear parts (22) of the coil conductor is formed on the upper surface of a resin sheet (15). A plurality of via conductors (23, 24) of the coil conductor is formed in resin sheets (12-15). The coil conductor comprising the linear parts (21, 22) and the via conductors (23, 24) constitutes an antenna part (101P). A first ground conductor (27) is formed on the lower surface of a resin sheet (11) and a second ground conductor (28) is formed on the upper surface of a resin sheet (17). The first ground conductor (27) and the second ground conductor (28) are connected by an interlayer connecting conductor (29) comprising a plurality of via conductors (25). The interlayer connecting conductor (29) does not constitute a closed loop enclosing the coil conductor.
