Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an antenna device having a simple configuration; and a wireless communication device.
[Solution] The antenna device according to the present invention includes: a ground plane having an end side; a metal member disposed along the end side of the ground plane; a first connecting line that connects the metal member and the ground plane to each other; a second connecting line that connects the metal member and the ground plane to each other; and a power feed element, which has a power feed point, and which extends along, between the first connecting line and the second connecting line, the metal member from the power feed point, said power feed element being coupled to the metal member by means of electromagnetic field coupling.
