Abstract:
An antenna device is provided which has excellent communication characteristics even when no opening is provided in a conductor. This antenna device is provided with an antenna coil 12 which comprises a conducting wire 12a wound two-dimensionally about an opening 12b and which is inductively coupled with an external device (a reader / writer) 40, and a conductor 11 which is disposed on the surface of the antenna coil 12 opposite to the external device 40 so as to overlap the antenna coil 12, wherein the conductor 11 has a first slit 18 which is formed from a region overlapping the opening 12b of the antenna coil 12 to the end of the conductor 11, and a second slit 19 which is connected to the first slit 18 and which is formed in a region overlapping the opening 12b of the antenna coil 12.
