[Problem] To provide an antenna device capable of realizing a low side lobe radiation characteristic independent of the electrical tilt angle. [Solution] The present invention includes a plurality of antenna elements 2 arranged in a horizontal direction and is configured by disposing antenna element groups 20, configured so as to be able to radiate a plurality of beams in different directions, in a plurality of stages in a vertical direction. One or more stages of antenna element groups 20, starting from the top in the vertical direction, comprise a first antenna element group 21 in which, among the antenna elements 2 constituting the antenna element group 20, the antenna elements 2 of even-numbered columns are arranged at a position shifted toward either the top side or bottom side in a vertical direction from the antenna elements 2 of odd-numbered columns. The antenna element group 20 arranged below the first antenna element group 21, in a vertical direction, comprises a second antenna element group 22 in which, among the antenna elements 2 constituting the antenna element group 20, the antenna elements 2 of even-numbered columns are shifted from the antenna elements 2 of the odd-numbered columns, toward the other of the top side and bottom side.
