Abstract:
In the present invention, an antenna device (1) is provided with an antenna substrate (2), patch elements (5) provided to the antenna substrate (2), power supply conductors (6) provided to the antenna substrate (2), a power supply substrate (3) having a power supply part (16) for powering a signal transmitted to the antenna substrate (2) side, through holes (7) penetrating through the antenna substrate (2) and electrically connecting the patch elements (5) and the power supply conductors (6), power supply conductors (13) provided to the power supply substrate (3), and an intermediate substrate (8) provided between the antenna substrate (2) and the power supply substrate (3). The power supply conductors (6) and the power supply conductors (13) are capacitively coupled across the intermediate substrate (8).
