Abstract:
An antenna module (100) is provided with: a dielectric substrate (130) having a long side and a short side; a ground electrode (GND); a radiating element (121); a peripheral electrode (160); and a parasitic element (170). The radiating element (121) is disposed opposite the ground electrode (GND). The peripheral electrode (160) is disposed along the long side of the dielectric substrate (130) and is electrically connected to the ground electrode (GND). The parasitic element (170) is disposed along the short side of the dielectric substrate (130) and is spaced apart from the radiating element (121). The radiating element (121) is capable of radiating radio waves in two polarization directions along the long side and the short side of the dielectric substrate (130). The shortest distance between the radiating element (121) and the parasitic element (170) is longer than the shortest distance between the radiating element (121) and the peripheral electrode (160).
