Disclosed is an antenna module, comprising: a substrate comprising a first side and a second side oppositely disposed; a gesture recognition chip and a communication chip disposed at the first side; and a first antenna radiator and a second antenna radiator disposed at the second side, wherein the gesture recognition chip is used to feed power to the first antenna radiator, such that the first antenna radiator radiates a millimeter wave gesture recognition signal, the communication chip is used to feed power to the second antenna radiator, such that the second antenna radiator radiates a millimeter wave communication signal, and a frequency band of the millimeter wave gesture recognition signal and a frequency band of the millimeter wave communication signal do not overlap. Further disclosed is an electronic apparatus. A millimeter wave gesture recognition function is capable of replacing a physical button of the electronic apparatus and achieves power-on, power-down, volume adjustment, and other customized functions of the like, thereby reducing space required within the electronic apparatus, providing an integrated appearance of an external bezel of the electronic apparatus, and enhancing the impression of the electronic apparatus being high-tech.
