Abstract:
This antenna module (100) comprises: a dielectric substrate (130) having a first surface (132) and a second surface (134) that faces the first surface, the dielectric substrate (130) moreover having a layered structure; an antenna pattern (121) formed on the first surface (132) of the dielectric substrate; an RFIC (110) provided to the second surface (134) of the dielectric substrate (130), the RFIC (110) supplying a high-frequency signal to the antenna pattern (121); and a power supply circuit (170) that supplies a power source to the RFIC (110). The thickness of the power supply circuit (170) in the layering direction (Z-axis direction) of the dielectric substrate (130) is greater than the thickness of the antenna pattern (121) in the layering direction.
