Abstract:
An antenna module, a radio frequency device, and a base station. The antenna module comprises a dielectric substrate (110), an antenna subarray (200) and a filter (300). At least one antenna subarray (200) is disposed on one surface of the dielectric substrate (110), and the filter (300) is disposed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate (110), wherein the antenna subarray (200) comprises a power divider (400) and at least one radiation unit (210), an input end of the power divider (400) is connected to an output end of the filter (300), an output end of the power divider (400) is connected to the radiation unit (210), and an input end of the filter (300) is provided with a module interface.
