Abstract:
This antenna module (1), which uses a high-frequency signal in the millimeter wave frequency band, is provided with: a dielectric substrate (30) having a first primary surface (34) and a second primary surface (35) which are opposed to each other; a plurality of antenna elements (10) provided on the first primary surface (34) side of the dielectric substrate (30); a ground conductor (60) provided on the second primary surface (35) side of the dielectric substrate (30); a plurality of ground via conductors (40) which are provided between at least one group of mutually adjacent antenna elements (10) from among the plurality of antenna elements (10), have one ends connected to the ground conductor (60), and extend from the ground conductor (60) to the first primary surface (34) side; and conductive pattern conductors (20) which, on the other end sides of the plurality of ground via conductors (40), are provided in a direction parallel to the first primary surface (34) and the second primary surface (35), and which electrically connect the plurality of ground via conductors (40) to each other.
