Abstract:
Provided are an antenna and a wireless communication system with which it is possible to achieve improved design at low cost. According to an embodiment, an antenna (20) is provided with a parasitic antenna element (21) using a transparent conductive film. The parasitic antenna element (21) is not in contact with a feed point (13) and is disposed in the vicinity of a feed antenna element (11) of a wireless communication device (10) functioning as wireless communication equipment. An inductive current due to a drive current for the feed antenna element is produced in the parasitic antenna element (21).
