Abstract:
An anti-ablative coating material for a resin-based composite material and a preparation method therefor. The anti-ablative coating material is a homogeneous mixture of yttria-stabilized zirconia, a resin, Cu and SiO2. The mixture is a spherical particle or a spherical granule material. The preparation method therefor comprises mixing powder, ball milling and spray granulation. A YSZ ceramic surface layer is compounded with a specific exothermic component. On the one hand, the ceramic layer has good heat insulation and anti-ablation effects, and on the other hand, the ablation phase vaporizes and dissipates heat at high temperatures, further improving the anti-ablative and heat insulation properties of the composite material.
