Abstract:
An anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive amorphous alloy, which is composed of ZraHfbAlcNidM1eM2f, wherein a, b, c, d, e and f are the corresponding atomic percentage contents in the amorphous alloy, and are respectively 35%≤a≤55%, 4%≤b≤15%, 4%≤c≤15%, 5%≤d≤20%, 6%≤e≤10%, 5%≤f≤15%; M1 is one of or a mixture of more of Si, Cr, Pt, Pd, Au and Ag elements, and M2 is one of or a mixture of more of Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe elements. The amorphous alloy material can remarkably improve the special corrosion and abrasion such as corrosive abrasion and scouring abrasion which are caused due to the contact between equipment and a moving fluid, and at the same time the forming performance of the amorphous alloy material is good, the preparation process is simple, and the amorphous alloy is suitable for industrial production.
