Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-adhesion textile LED lamp tube based on gas flow. The anti-adhesion textile LED lamp tube comprises a power supply insulation box (6) and LED lamp beads (12). A power supply box plug (7) is fixed at each of left and right ends of the power supply insulation box (6); a PC plug b (9) is fixed outside of the left end of the power supply insulation box (6), and a PC plug a (8) is fixed outside of the right end of the power supply insulation box (6); and a first protective shell (4) is provided below the LED lamp beads (12), and a second protective shell (5) is provided below the first protective shell (4). A blow hole (13) is provided inside the second protective shell (5); and a groove is provided at a bottom end of the PC plug b (9) to place a stop block (21), a flow groove (2) is provided inside the PC plug b (9) on the right side of the stop block (21), and the right side of the flow groove (2) is connected to a gap between the first and second protective shells (4, 5). By means of the cooperation of the first and second protective shells (4, 5) and the blow hole (13), gas generated inside a lamp tube flows in the gap between the first and the second protective shells (4, 5), the gas is then blown out from the blow hole (13), and the gas blown out from the blow hole (13) blows away fabric debris adhered to the surface of the second protective shell (5) to prevent the fabric debris from adhering to the surface of the lamp tube, thereby facilitating the lamp tube to be used well in a textile mill.
