Abstract:
Disclosed in the specification is an anti-aging composition comprising, as an effective ingredient, extracellular vesicles that are complex physiologically active substances derived from lactic acid bacteria. The extracellular vesicles may be exosome-like vesicles with a diameter of 20 to 200 nm and the composition inhibits the expression of MMP-1 protein, thereby providing the effects of reducing skin wrinkles, improving skin elasticity, suppressing collagen reduction, and preventing ultraviolet light-induced skin damage.
