Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, specifically to an anti-attrition hydraulic oil composition for an air spring. The anti-attrition hydraulic oil composition for an air spring is composed of a mineral base oil, a lubricating additive, an anti-rust additive, a pour point depressing additive, an antioxidant additive, a defoaming additive, a tackifier, and an auxiliary agent. In the present invention, an alkane solvent base oil serves as a basis for and is successively mixed with a lubricating additive, an antirust additive, a pour point depressing additive and an antioxidant additive, such that the excellent wear resistance, oxidation stability, corrosion resistance, and rust resistance of the hydraulic oil composition can be ensured; moreover, a tackifier is further added, such that the viscosity index of the hydraulic oil composition can be greatly increased, the whole composition is more suitable for low-temperature starting, and the hydraulic oil composition is further ensured to have excellent viscosity-temperature performances and low-temperature fluidity so as to sequentially ensure that the hydraulic and supporting systems have good cold starting, pumping, buffering and restoring performances in a low-temperature environment.
