Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to produce a new anti-B7-H4 antibody which has high specificity/affinity, and to provide a composition for treating cancer that uses said antibody. A monoclonal antibody is newly prepared which bonds specifically to extracellular domain proteins of the human B7-H4 protein, and further, in order to strengthen the antibody-dependent cytotoxicity of said monoclonal antibody, an "anti-B7-H4 antibody/effector cell complex", obtained by bonding said monoclonal antibody and an effector cell, and a bispecific antibody, containing an antigen recognition region of said monoclonal antibody and an effector cell antigen recognition region, are prepared and used as the composition for treating cancer.
