Abstract:
An anti-blocking air injection dust self-removal heat exchange device, comprising: a dust blocking net (6), a cooling integration device (0), and a fan (5). The fan (5) is provided behind the cooling integration device (0). The dust blocking net (6) is provided in front of the cooling integration device (0). An orthographic projection of the dust blocking net (6) completely covers a heat-dissipation fin of the cooling integration device (0). A clearance space is provided between the cooling integration device (0) and the dust blocking net (6). Multiple air injection pipes (7) are provided at an edge of the clearance space. Each air injection pipe (7) comprises an air injection hole towards an inner side of the clearance space. One end of the air injection pipe (7) is connected to an air pump (14) by means of a rubber hose. The device can effectively clean impurities attached to a guard net, avoid the condition that a loader is easily blocked under the work environment of grain, straw, and heavy dust, and ensure the normal use of the product.
