Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-browning fruit and vegetable processing device. A first drying chamber and a second drying chamber spaced apart from each other are provided in a housing of the device. A first drying component is provided in the first drying chamber, used to perform primary dehydration processing on an object. A second drying assembly is disposed in the second drying chamber, used to perform secondary dehydration processing on an object after primary dehydration processing. The first drying chamber and the second drying chamber are both provided with anti-browning components. By means of providing an anti-browning component introducing inert gas into the first drying chamber and the second drying chamber, oxygen volume fractions in the first drying chamber and the second drying chamber are adjusted. By means of using an oxygen content detector for real-time monitoring of the oxygen volume fractions in the drying chambers, it can be ensured that the first drying chamber and the second drying chamber are kept in a low oxygen state, effectively preventing browning of fruits and vegetables. This also helps retain nutrients in fruits and vegetables, prevent the loss of nutrients, and improve the crispness and mouthfeel of dried fruits and vegetables.
