Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-cancer composition comprising a cancer-derived AMF as an active ingredient, and more specifically, since the cancer-derived AMF of the present invention exhibits desirable effects in inducing apoptosis and suppressing the proliferation of one or more cancers selected from the group consisting of lung cancer, brain cancer, cervical cancer, laryngeal cancer, liver cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and colorectal cancer, the composition of the present invention comprising the cancer-derived AMF as an active ingredient may be used as an anti-cancer therapeutic agent.
