Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of impact protection devices, and relates to an anti-collision device combining a chiral structure having a negative Poisson's ratio with a honeycomb structure. The present invention comprises an anti-collision device. The anti-collision device is provided with a rigid inner cushion layer, a chiral negative Poisson's ratio layer, a rigid middle cushion layer, a honeycomb layer, and a rigid skin from the inside to the outside. The chiral negative Poisson's ratio layer is a chiral structure having a negative Poisson's ratio arranged along an in-plane direction; the honeycomb layer is a honeycomb structure arranged in an out-of-plane direction; the rigid inner cushion layer, the rigid middle cushion layer, and the rigid skin are all fixedly connected to adjacent layers; and the outer surface of the rigid skin used in a highly corrosive environment can be coated with an anti-corrosion material. The present invention makes full use of the characteristics of light energy absorption of a porous material and good impact resistance performance of a negative Poisson's ratio structure. Compared with the traditional anti-collision devices, the present anti-collision device has a light weight, good energy absorption capability, and resistance to continuous impact, is easy to repair, and can be widely applied to the field of safety protection of land and ocean building structures.
