Abstract:
An anti-collision performance testing device for a safety chassis. The device comprises a supporting table (1), and a fixing assembly (2), an adjusting assembly (3) and an impact assembly (4) which are arranged on the surface of the supporting table (1), wherein the supporting table (1) comprises a first sliding groove (110) and a groove (120) which are provided in the surface of the supporting table (1); and the fixing assembly (2) comprises a first fixing frame (210) fixed to the surface of the supporting table (1) and a second fixing frame (220) arranged on the surface of the supporting table (1). The anti-collision performance testing device for the safety chassis has the beneficial effects that a vehicle chassis can be fixed by means of telescopic rods (230), springs (231) and fixing plates (240), so that impact tests of different impacts on the vehicle chassis can be carried out, so as to test the anti-collision performance of the chassis; and in conjunction with the adjusting assembly (3), which can adjust the direction of the chassis without moving the chassis, the chassis is changed from facing the impact assembly (4) from the front to facing the impact assembly (4) from the side, so that not only the working pressure of workers is reduced, but also the time for manually changing the position of the chassis is saved on, thereby improving the test efficiency.
