Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-corrosion butterfly valve having an integrated valve seat and flange, wherein the butterfly valve is installed in a joint connection region between water pipes buried underground and is for controlling fluid flow inside the water pipes when a valve disk rotates. The anti-corrosion butterfly valve having an integrated valve seat and flange according to an embodiment disclosed herein is characterized by comprising: a non-metallic valve housing which has a flow path formed therein and is open at both ends; a valve disk which is rotatably installed inside the valve housing and opens and closes the flow path while rotating; a driving shaft and an auxiliary shaft which pass through the valve housing in a radial direction and are fixed to a shaft-supporting part of the valve disk, and which rotatably support the valve disk; a first flange which is pressed against a flange on one side surface of the valve housing and thereby mounted by a first fastening member; and a second flange which is pressed against a flange on the other side surface of the valve housing and thereby mounted by the first fastening member, wherein a valve seat that is sealed by bringing one end of a disk seat of the valve disk into surface contact therewith extends integrally from the second flange.
