Abstract:
The present invention provides: an anti-corrosion terminal material for aluminum core wires, the anti-corrosion terminal material having high corrosion inhibition effect for a terminal that crimps an end of an electric wire that is formed of an aluminum core wire; an anti-corrosion terminal which is formed of this anti-corrosion terminal material; and an electric wire end part structure which uses this anti-corrosion terminal. This anti-corrosion terminal material for aluminum core wires is obtained by forming a coating film on a base material that is formed of a metal, and has a part for core wire crimping, the part forming the inner surface of a portion that crimps the core wire of an electric wire when formed into a terminal, and a portion other than the part for core wire crimping. A first coating film in the coating film, the first coating film being formed on the part for core wire crimping, is formed of at least one element that is selected from among nickel, copper, cobalt, molybdenum, manganese, lead, iron, silver, gold, platinum and palladium, or an alloy of these elements; and a second coating film that has a tin layer, which is formed of tin or a tin alloy, in the surface is formed on the portion other than the part for core wire crimping.
