Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat exchanger anti-corrosion treatment method for aluminium heat exchangers which have been flux-brazed using the Nocolok brazing process, particularly aluminium heat exchangers used in vehicle air-conditioners. The heat exchanger anti-corrosion treatment method can significantly improve corrosion resistance, and can improve deodorising properties without pre-formation processing, and without compromising hydrophilicity. In the disclosed anti-corrosion treatment method, an aluminium heat exchanger, which has been flux-brazed using the Nocolok brazing process, is brought into contact with a hydrophilic treatment liquid before being baked to form a hydrophilic film on the surface thereof. The hydrophilic treatment liquid contains a hydrophilic resin and lithium ions, and the lithium density in the hydrophilic film is 0.05-25% by mass
