Abstract:
An anti-counterfeit label, comprising: a first structural layer (100), a second structural layer (200), a positioning identifier (300), and sheet-like or dot-shaped optically identifiable anti-counterfeit elements (400) located between the first structural layer (100) and the second structural layer (200). The adhesive force of at least one of the anti-counterfeit elements (400) to the second structural layer (200) is greater than the adhesive force thereof to the first structural layer (100). When the first structural layer (100) is separated from the second structural layer (200), the at least one of the anti-counterfeit elements (400) is separated from the first structural layer (100), at least a portion of the positioning identifier (300) located on the surface of or inside the first structural layer (100) is separated from the at least one of the anti-counterfeit elements (400). One of the first structural layer (100) and the second structural layer (200) is a translucent protective layer, and the other structural layer is a carrier layer of a commodity or an anti-counterfeit element. In this way, an uncovered anti-counterfeit label cannot be restored to the state where same can pass the authenticity verification, and an anti-counterfeit label on a quality product is prevented from being recycled and reused by a counterfeiter to be adhered to a counterfeit commodity.
