Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for an anti-counterfeiting modal fiber, comprising the following steps: mixing a pulp stock solution with a cellulose catalyst, then performing alkalization treatment, aging treatment and sulfonation treatment, and then dissolving same in an alkali solution to obtain a treatment solution; mixing the treatment solution with a variety of amino acid metal chelates uniformly, and performing filtration, defoaming and maturing treatment to obtain a spinning stock solution; and then mixing the spinning stock solution with a spinning bath additive uniformly, and then performing wet spinning, and then performing post-processing such as drafting, defoaming, desulphurization and washing with water, so as to obtain the anti-counterfeiting modal fiber, wherein the amino acid metal chelates account for 0.5%-1.5% of the mass fraction of the spinning stock solution. In the present invention, the amino acid metal chelates are used for anti-counterfeiting encryption on the modal fiber, the encryption area in the present invention is the spinning stock solution of the modal fiber, and a fiber source can be tracked and identified by detecting the type of metal elements and amino acids.
