Abstract:
The present invention provides an anti-Cryptococcus capsular polysaccharide monoclonal antibody and a use thereof. The anti-Cryptococcus capsular polysaccharide monoclonal antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, the heavy chain variable region comprises a heavy chain CDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3, and the light chain variable region comprises a light chain CDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO. 6. The monoclonal antibody is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody; the monoclonal antibody has multiple antigen recognition sites, good specificity, and high affinity; the problem of a murine monoclonal antibody in practical application is solved; the anti-Cryptococcus capsular polysaccharide monoclonal antibody has an important application value in the preparation of a product for cryptococcus detection.
