Abstract:
Disclosed in the invention is an anti-cutting rubber coating yarn. The yarn comprises a yarn body (1) and a mixed rubber material layer (2) coating the yarn body (1). A plurality of micro pits (3) are distributed in the surface of the yarn body (1). The mixed rubber material layer (2) is added into the pits and coats the yarn body (1). The multiple micro pits are incised in the surface of an existing yarn body through an etching technology, meanwhile, a surface molecule bond of the yarn body is damaged. In the gumming process, the pits are filled with the rubber material and micro hard granules, meanwhile, the rubber material and the yarn body are subjected to molecular bond bonding, and the adsorption firmness of the mixed rubber material layer is further enhanced.
