Abstract:
An anti-dazzle grating (5) of a lamp and a processing process therefor, and a lamp having the anti-dazzle grating (5). The anti-dazzle grating (5) is provided with a grating plate (51); an end surface of the grating plate (51) is provided with a plurality of ribs (53) having certain inclination angles; light guide channels are formed among the ribs (53); holes (54) are further formed in the grating plate (51), and enable the other end surface of the grating plate (51) to be communicated with the light guide channels. The lamp comprises a housing (1), an LED assembly (3), lenses (4), an anti-dazzle grating (5), and glass (6); wherein the anti-dazzle grating (5) is provided in the housing (1); the LED assembly (3), the lenses (4), and the glass (6) are further provided in the housing (1); LED illuminants of the LED assembly (3) are provided with the lenses (4); and the anti-dazzle grating (5) is provided above the lenses (4) and below the glass (6). When in use, the anti-dazzle grating (5) is used for converging light of LED lamp beads, achieves the functions of adjusting a light-emitting angle of the lamp and guiding light-emitting, is applicable to an ultra-long lamp combination, and has the advantages of being simple in process, low in costs, and high in production efficiency.
