Abstract:
An anti-deformation LED display screen mask, comprising: a flexible plastic panel (1), a metal mesh frame plate (2) embedded in the flexible plastic panel (1), several screw lock holes (3) simultaneously penetrating through the flexible plastic panel (1) and rims of the metal mesh frame plate (2), and several lamp bead jacks (4) penetrating through the flexible plastic panel (1). Each rim of the metal mesh frame plate (2) is located between two adjacent rows of lamp bead jacks (4). According to the anti-deformation LED display screen mask, the flexible plastic panel (1) and the metal mesh frame plate (2) are integrally combined to form a complete display screen mask; the structural rigidity, strength, and stability of the whole mask are ensured using the material characteristic of the metal mesh frame plate (2); and the material characteristic of the flexible plastic panel (1) enables the mask to have an enough space for elastic deformation of the material. After LED lamp beads are mounted in the mask by means of the lamp bead jacks (4), the metal mesh frame plate (2) can effectively prevent the LED lamp beads from being excessively extruded or pulled by the flexible plastic panel (1) expanded by heat.
