Provided are an anti-dust apparatus for an acoustic device of a mobile terminal and a mobile terminal. The anti-dust apparatus comprises: an anti-dust film body; and the anti-dust film body comprises a curved surface portion, for vibrating under the action of air pressure; and the anti-dust film body further comprises a mounting portion, wherein the mounting portion is located on the edge of the curved surface portion, for mounting the anti-dust film body onto a bearing portion or the acoustic device of the mobile terminal, so as to solve the problem that an acoustic device of a mobile terminal generates a voice with noise due to an anti-dust net being blocked by dust. At the same time, by arranging the curved surface portion on the anti-dust film body, the curved surface portion generates sound through vibration under the action of air pressure in an audio cavity between the anti-dust film body and the acoustic device, thereby realising, in a low audio frequency band, an increase in the vibration amplitude of the curved surface portion, thus satisfying the requirement of sound effects in various frequency bands. The waterproof function can also be realised, by preventing water from flowing from a hole of the acoustic device to the interior of the mobile terminal.
