Abstract:
Provided is an anti-eLtaS humanized antibody. The antibody comprises a heavy chain and a light chain both having a variable region and a constant region. The constant regions of both the heavy chain and the light chain come from a human body. An amino acid sequence of the variable region of the heavy chain is as represented by amino acids at positions 1-116 of SEQ ID NO:1, and an amino acid sequence of the variable region of the light chain is as represented by amino acids at positions 1-111 of SEQ ID NO:2. The humanized antibody can be used for resistance to staphylococcus aureus infection.
