Abstract:
An anti-fake marking system comprises a marking system (1), a sampling system (4) and a control device (3). The marking system (1) comprises an anti-fake marking device and a conventional marking device. The anti-fake marking device comprises a swinging device. The swinging device comprises a swing component. The sampling system (4) comprises a sampling device and an information storing device. The sampling device is connected with the information storing device. The marking system (1) and the sampling system (4) are both connected with the control device (3). The control device (3) comprises a main controller, sensors and an execution controller. The control device (3) is used for controlling the coordination work of the marking system (1) and the sampling system (4), and transmitting the gathered data to a remote server in real time or in batches. The system may technically guarantee that the produced mark has the uniqueness and the unable replicability, and transmit the gathered mark information to the remote server in real time or in post-processing mode. The mark is used as a standard sample when the mark is identified. The system has high efficiency and is suitable for the need of the continuous production on the industry assembly line.
