Abstract:
An anti-falling protection device of an elevator. When a lift car (2) falls accidentally, rotating wheels of a first speed limiter (5) and a second speed limiter (21) above an elevator shaft (4) change a centrifugal force due to too fast rotating speed so as to stop rotating, and at the moment, the speed limiters stop rotating, so that a braking effect is generated on the falling of the lift car (2); safety ropes (11) are provided in the elevator shaft (4), and the length of the safety ropes (11) is consistent with the height of the elevator shaft (4) so that when the lift car (2) falls, the safety ropes (11) can ensure that the lift car (2) is not collided with the ground; first buffer springs (14) are provided in the lift car (2), and second buffer springs (19) and third buffer springs (15) are provided at the bottom of the lift car (2) so that when the lift car (2) falls, three layers of buffer springs at the bottom can absorb the falling force; a polyurethane buffer (1) is provided at the position, corresponding to a counterweight block (9), below the lift car (2) in the elevator shaft (4) so that the falling lift car (2) can be effectively buffered; and therefore, deceleration buffering is carried out on the falling elevator in an aspect of bottom buffering and upper power traction. The structure is simple, and the present invention is safe and reliable.
