Disclosed are an anti-flocculation polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method therefor. The anti-flocculation polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises a polyester macromonomer, acrylic acid, acrylamide, methylacryloyl morpholine, alkyl acrylate phosphate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, an alcohol compound, ammonium persulfate, sodium hydroxide, and water. According to the present invention, in terms of a superplasticizer, the adsorption effect of cations in the residual flocculant in machine-made sand on the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be reduced, so that the utilization efficiency of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be increased and the anti-flocculation property of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be improved; in terms of concrete, the adverse effects of the residual flocculant in the machine-made sand, such as tackifying, thickening, increased mixing amount and water demand, serious fluidity loss, and reduced concrete strength, on the performance of the concrete can be greatly reduced.
